" rel="nofollow - Hi,

Recently I get X370 Gaming K4 board and install Win10 64-bit.
The heatsink LED does not light.
I install the driver but it still does not work.
Could it have been wrong with the attack? In this case, can you have a photo that indicates the right attack?

Thanks!!

Dear luzorzi5896,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

At first, please check the AMD all in 1 driver is installed, and make sure the RGB function is set to enabled in BIOS. (Path: BIOS > Tool)

At last, please install the ASRock RGB LED ver:1.0.21 utility to check if the LED color could be adjusted properly.

That above doesn't appear your issue I'm sorry to say.

What processor did you get?

Some of the lower Ryzen models DO NOT come with an LED equipped heatsink/fan assembly.
