" rel="nofollow - I have a J3710-ITX motherboard where I saw in the BIOS the speed settings 'Eco, Normal, Sport'.
I am curious, what is the technical difference between these settings? Because I do not notice a decrease or increase in speed.

Thanks,

regards,

Cor

Dear Widea,

Thank you for choosing ASRock.

The Power Gear has three operational modes (Eco, Normal and Sport) to maximize performance or conserve energy.

Each mode?™s reaction is as below.

Eco Mode: Reduces your computer?™s performance and saves energy.

Normal Mode: Balance performance with power consumption.

Sport Mode: Use more power to achieve the highest performance.

Thank you!

Yours truly,

ASRock TSD
