Yes it will.
You might need to track down a driver or two. I don't think so though.

I would be worried about the legacy BIOS that this board uses. It does not use UEFI firmware.
If future Windows 10 updates require UEFI/GPT support, even if all the built in Windows 10 drivers work, you'll reach a point where you cannot run new Windows 10 updates.
Also, I've see problems using Windows 10 with boards with newer chipsets than this board has.

I've had one of these for a few years and could not use it because it would not support Windows 10. Recently in my spare time (long story short), I installed Windows 10 Home 64 bit and registered with Microsoft. I then changed the BIOS set up to have the PCIE1 slot as the primary display and installed an ATI Firegel v7100 dual DVI video card I had on the shelf. I then was able to successfully upgrade to Windows 10 Home 64 bit and install the latest upgrades. It's my conclusion that the G41C chipset/Windows 10 has an issue with the onboard video - and taking that out of the equations enables you to run Win10.
