So I was not able to get any sort of answer from asrock so I wanted to see if anyone here knows but basically I ordered an asrock z170 pro4 from newegg and unfortunately it only came with P3.6 bios. The CPU I had was a i5 7600k so I couldn't post. I called up asrock and they told me to email my invoice to user@asrockamerica.com which I did immediately. This was 4 days ago. I never got any sort of confirmation that it was shipped or whatever so I contacted asrock through their tech support email the day after I emailed my invoice. I got a reply next day asking for the invoice again, I sent it again and never got another reply. Does anyone here know how long its supposed to take because right now I dont have a PC I can use and this is getting overly frustrating.

Im not sure if they ship it from their chino,ca office thats listed on the contact page but if they did ship it it should be here by now because I live only a few miles away in riverside, ca.

" rel="nofollow - If they're open on Monday, call them.

Have you tried booting it to the BIOS with 3.60?

Yea it doesnt post. It starts and then basically keeps rebooting. and It wouldnt be a CPU issue because if the CPU was dead it shouldn't be restarting.  Ill call them though.
