Hello! i have the asrock p67 extreme4 motherboard ( https://www.asrock.com/MB/Intel/P67%20Extreme4/index.asp" rel="nofollow - https://www.asrock.com/MB/Intel/P67%20Extreme4/index.asp ) but my pc crashes very often, on the website theres only bios updates thats made to be updated with windows. Where can i find the bios that shall be updated with instant flash?
