Board: ASROCK Z790 PG RIPTIDE
BIOS: 16.01 microcode update

If enabling XMP, should the voltage ranges be set to OC or JDEC?

I ask as there is the XMP option on the EZ BIOS menu, but it leaves the JDEC setting enabled.

Is this a conflict?
