" rel="nofollow - So I ordered my PC to be setup by iBuypower (It wasn't expensive and I was in a bind.) anyways, the order was supposed to set my Seagate Barracuda harddrives into RAID 0. Unfortunately, that was never done. So I have spent the last two f***ing days trying to get this straight. I CAN NOT GET RAID 0 TO WORK AND ASROCK SUPPORT DOWNLOADS IS HORRIBLE!!!!

1) RAIDxPert 2 doesn't show physical drives in bios nor in windows 10 x64.

2) It's 2017. I didn't order a f***ing CD ROM DRIVE. Asrock doesn't supply a download for Easy Raid on their support downloads page.

3) Windows won't install to Dynamic drives. Tried ALL drivers offered from asrock on their download section and nothing works.

I'm half inclined to return this product and order an intel system and say goodbye to asrock forever unless this can be resolved immediately. This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous to be honest. Why is it that a company can create motherboards but can't spend 10 seconds making a USB Flashdrive instead of a physical CD-ROM. It's 2017. The hell is wrong with you? The download section sucks. You want us to download your APP DOWNLOADER when "Easy RAID" is supposed to be included (stated from your website also) and it's not even on there. However, there are some sh*t games and google plugins. Get your sh*t together.

" rel="nofollow - Ok had a chance to play with my pc a sec..I have the fatality k4 b350 which from what ive heard is very similar if not identical to the pro4. I can confirm the raid drivers are in the floppy image download.

Did you go into the bios under advanced -> storage configuration and flip sata type from ahci to raid?

Then after that after the main boot asrock screen a raid screen should pop up where you hit "ctrl+r" to config the raid.

Hope that helps....atleast a little.

Unfortunately, they make it more difficult than that. There is no RAID setup on the splash screen. Only
1) UEFI (F2 or DEL)
2) Instant flash (F6)
3) Boot Menu F11

No RAID setup other than what's in the UEFI

Side note, the Floppy image installs drivers but never recognizes the drives as sata compatable. Only shows them as separate drives.

If you go into the bios under advanced then storage configuration and flip sata type from ahci to raid the splash screen pops up after the main screen. Atleast it does on the fatality which is the same chipset.

AMD offers their RAIDXpert Utility Software for Windows as an individual d/l aside from the chipset drivers.

also check what ports you have the drives on...2 ports are thru the south bridge and do not support raid...i believe it A1 and A2.

" rel="nofollow - I ran across this video (https://www.youtube.com/embed/qg1Vvh67Efw?rel=0&showinfo=0&autoplay=1) a few days ago.  It is for an Intel MB and concentrates of RAID for M.2 SSDs, but I think it may help.  Enjoy, John.

iBuypower set my SATA cables in the A1-A2 media ports. This was a fault on them. Unfortunately, the Asrock .pdf for my mobo is out of date and currently being worked on. iBuypower said that I should have bought Windows through them and it would have been set up correctly. Also, called me an idiot and a liar.

Called Asrock this morning. Guy was extremely helpful and only took 5 seconds to diagnose the issue. Kudos support team. Thanks for the reply btw.
