" rel="nofollow - I am using the latest bios with ryzen 1700.
I found stable voltage for 3.7GHz OC being 1.23125V.
I set the pstate0 with these settings, FID 94, DID 8, VID 33 and the rest left to auto.
I set the offset voltage to 1.23125 - 1.1875 (default)  to 0.04375.

Then even the cpu is recognized as a 3.7GHz, it doesn't go any higher than 2.7GHz.
What's wrong?

try this
set p states
first and second choice to the same setting you use
then on advanced tweaker page
set voltage to 'fixed'
type in 1.23v
and select llc level 2

save and exit

then see what cpu speed is
