You must mean the FAN-Tastic Tuning feature?

It has NOT been removed at all! Actually it has become such a standard feature with ASRock boards, that it is barely mentioned at all in the specifications. You'll find it both in the UEFI/BIOS and in the ASRock utility supplied with a mother board.

I can assure you that CPU fan speed control and fan speed control for the other fan headers exists on ASRock boards. This is an example taken from the ASRock X370 Killer SLI/ac board's UEFI:

" rel="nofollow - Hi,

I recently purchased a b250m board. I'm familiar with the BIOS based fan curve setup, that is not very useful for for fine tuning your setup IMO. What utility can I use for setting the onboard controller under windows 10? I tried search ASRock's site but couldn't find anything. Thanks for advance for your reply!

Regards,
Zsolt

ASRock has three boards whose model names include "B250M", so no idea which one you have.

You could try installing the ASRock APP Shop program for your board, and see if you find an ASRock utility like A-Tuning or F-Stream, that includes a fan speed control feature.

But if you don't like the UEFI FAN-Tastic Tuning feature, the one included in the ASRock utility is just the same thing and offers no other options. The only difference is the utility's fan speed configuration can override the fan curves used in the UEFI when applied manually or automatically when the utility program is running.

Hi,

Sorry for not specifying the board, it's the Fatal1ty B250M Performance. I installed the App shop but there was nothing in there.

It's okay to be the same, but the ability to make changes without the need to reboot to UEFI would be optimal.
