Asrock z720m pro4
Intel 7700k 4.2 Ghz
Corsair vengeance ddr4 3000 LED 64gb (4x16)
Asus geforce 1080ti (tried with and without)
750w Corsair rm750i

Did I miss anything?

I really appreciate any help, I'm pretty desperate. Thank-you.

Hey, I'd try to reduce to the max.

Check your memory before you do anything. take out one by one. I had a similar situation.
