" rel="nofollow - I have been doing some reading here on the boards about p state overclocking on this board.  I played around quite a bit and can't find it in the bios anywhere.

I am running the latest bios release, is it not there anymore or am I just not finding it?

In the UEFI, starting in the Advanced screen, the full path is:

Advanced\AMD CBS\Zen Common Options\Custom PStates / Throttling.
