Hi, I have a z270 extreme 4, but it only rapid charges from the usb c port when the PC is off, is there any way for it to do it when thew PC is on, when it's on it only slow charges it and it takes 5 hours.

Do you have the AppCharger software installed in that PC?

If you have it installed, according to the information on the page above, it works when the PC is on, not just in a shutdown or Sleep state.

Yes I have it installed, still doesn't work.
