This  is what I have

MB:   ASRock AB350M
CPU:   AMD - Ryzen 3 1200 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor
PSU:   EVGA - BQ 500W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
Memory:   Ballistix Sport LT 8GB dual rank DDR4 2400 MT/s
GPU: PNY GeForce GTX 1050

Storage:   Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

This afternoon I put everything together on my desk turned the psu on and pressed the power button and then... nothing...
Fans not turn, no lights turns on(is there even a power light on this board, if so, where?)
I made sure that everything is plugged in securely.
I turned the board upside down before powering it up.
Tried putting having the Ram in both sloth.
Put the PSU with a different MB (worked fine) also used the same power switch in both MOBO.

I'm not sure what to do anymore, I'm past the 30 days for Neweggs return, I didn't open it earlier because I wanted to wait till I had every parts before doing so(aside from monitor).

" rel="nofollow - I'd say it's time to pull it out of the case and bench it.

Double check your case to MB wiring. Some are very confusingly described by case manufacturers.

Maybe a motherboard standoff shorting it?

It works!
I plugged to the power button to COM1 instead of PANEL1 since it has the same number of pins and is closer the of my previous motherboard.
