Hi, (forgive my bad english) I just assembled a new PC with:

Mainboard:  http://rd.bizrate.com/rd%3ct=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2Fdp%2FB072ZTTWFJ%2Fref%3Dasc_df_B072ZTTWFJ5179713%3Fsmid%3DA1FMFK4SMG0W4E%26tag%3Dshopzilla0d-20%26ascsubtag%3Dshopzilla_rev_386-20%3BSZ_REDIRECT_ID%26linkCode%3Ddf0%26creative%3D395129%26creativeASIN%3DB072ZTTWFJ&mid=184056&cat_id=419&atom=10028&prod_id=&oid=8100651290&pos=1&b_id=18&bid_type=4&bamt=cfbf9532e1e82faa&cobrand=1&ppr=1ca763c4e8898550&rf=af1&af_assettype_id=12&af_creative_id=2973&af_id=615103&af_placement_id=1&dv=b398554efb5e2d25d4e84b9094c71aec" rel="nofollow - AsRock X299  Killer SLI/AC

The SSD already contained an operating system, and the very first time I powered the PC it booted correctly, but when I rebooted the PC for the first time, it no longer booted up. The PC start up, the bios works fine, but it won't load the OS.. Then I tried to boot from a USB KEY with http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html%3c_nkw=win10" rel="nofollow - Win10 installation, and with http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html%3c_nkw=win10" rel="nofollow - Win10 original CD, but when I press F11 to select boot unit, and I select any unit, the screen goes black and don't boot anything. I even tried to update BIOS via "internet flash", it found a FW update (1.20), but when I try to update it, the process fail, with "secure flash check fail!" error.

Sorry, but I hope I can understand what you are trying to tell us.

Doing an Internet Flash on a board that does not have a new OS installation done for the new board is dangerous, and probably would fail.

What happens now with the PC? Can you get into the UEFI/BIOS after the update error? We have no idea what happens with the PC after the Internet Flash failure.

Using an OS installation from another PC (no idea what version of Windows) is also dangerous. Most if not all of the drivers and chipset files will not match. Did the OS installation have a driver for the GTX 1080ti? You are lucky it even booted once. I am not surprised it did not boot a second time. So many things are probably different.

What board/PC was the SSD used with that you tried using on the X299 board?

We need to know what you can do with the PC now. Can you start it into the UEFI/BIOS? Do you get anything on the monitor?

" rel="nofollow - I put my "old" 950pro SSD and 1080ti in the new PC, ready to format and reainstall Win10 if it had not booted. (from an Asrock x99 Killer MB)
At very first power on it booted, I just installed X299 Killer Driver CD, and after the requested reboot, never booted again.

Then I tried to format and do a clean SO installation, but I can't boot from anything, I tried 2 different Win10 installation USB KEY, and the original Win10 CD, (perfectly working on other PC), but they don't boot.
I also tried to remove the M.2 and insert a SATA unformatted SSD, and boot from Win10 installation key or CD, but don't boot.
The PC remain freezed to the POST screen (with ASROCK in the middle and the four options in the bottom-right angle)

If I'm fast to press keys, I can go into the bios or select boot unit, but when I try to boot, it freezes.

P.S. If I reset Cmos with the jumper sometimes it will boot just one time, but at ferst re-boot it will freeze again.
I have the ""secure flash check fail!" error even if I try to flash Bios from the file "X29KSA1.20" in USB key.

P.P.S. when I reset CMOS it boots (end works very well)
if i SHUT DOWN the PC, when I power on it boots again.
But if I just "restart" Windows (or he auto-restart for any reason), it don't boot any more, not even if then I turn off and turn on PC.
The only way to make PC boot again (until the next restart) is reset CMOS again! Very strange issue.
