" rel="nofollow - so i want to overclock my ryzen 1600 using pstate setting
my curent setting for pstate

pstate0
vid = 9c (3.9ghz)
did = 8
Fid =  123750 (as default pstate setting)

pstate1
vid = 7c
did = 10
fid = 090000 (as default pstate setting)

can't remember the hex value for fid

mode = OC mode
offset vcore = 0.18125
c6 =disable
c-state controller = enable
core performance boost = disable
amd cool n quite = enable

up until know this setting are solid stable under prime95 or corona render engine with vcore topping at 1.424 v
but when i reboot the pc or starting the pc after shutdown (cold boot), the vcore start to jump to 1.456v(hwinfo, ryzen master, cpu-z).

it will back to normal vcore again after i reboot it the second time

but the the symptom continue if i restart, the vcore jump to 1.456v again and fix after i reboot it again.

how do i fix this issue?or is this ryzen spesific bug?

when i use pstates
i set cool and quiet off
c states auto
c6 off
core performance switches off anyway with pstate overclock

i then go to normal overclock page
and set cpu volts oc
fixed
and auto

this lets the p state control the volts
i also select cpu vcore llc level 2

my volts stay within a hundreth of a volt

e.g at the moment im on 1.325v

it will never go above 1.329

yet on bios version 3.1 for some reason its still auto matically dropping volts on idle down to 0.500 ish without loosing any stability

my pstates
9c
8
24
second set
9c
8
24
third set
auto
fourth set disabled
