yet more sunday afternoon reading

some tips for the 1500 2200 mhz ryzen cpu locking

which explains why i dont get it (i use p states)

here ya go a google translation

here are three ways to solve the problem, all the essence is the same, only in different ways:
1. Set a fixed multiplier and a negative Offset CPU Core instead of Auto.
2. Disenchant with P-States, correcting FID and VID. Multiplier and voltage - to Auto.
3. Using the Ryzen Master program from under Windows. The multiplier and voltage in the bios is Auto. In the program, configure the profile, set the multiplier and voltage, apply - and everything works.

(my way is to use the pstate method and like above i set voltage in vid/pstate AND DONT TOUCH the o/c tweaker voltages )
