Hi

I have upgraded from W7 to W10 and graphics display is poor

Device Manager does not even find now my graphics card and only yellow warning message I see is that PCI Express Root Port' is showing.

Does anyone know how I find the drivers to fix the PCI express port issue?

Your Intel socket 775 mother board uses the VIA PT880 Pro/PT880 Ultra Chipsets.

That chipset is also known as the VIA Hyperion Pro.

Windows 7 has drivers built into it for that VIA chipset, but Windows 10 apparently does not.

I was not able to find any drivers for your board's chipset for anything beyond Windows 7. But you may be able to verify if any drivers for that chipset exist starting on this page:
