I was wondering if my motherboard came with some Features locked? because when checking the manual for AB350 fatality k4 gaming, i can see that, i'm missing some options..

I'm missing:
-USB Controller
-Legacy USB Support
-USB 3.0 Controller

Picture manual: (if you can right click open image in another tab to see full zoomed or detailed)

My bios picture actual of advance tab: latest bios

I'm making this thread because my mouse is floating, inconsistent

All the USB options that i have in my bios are these:

Advance/Super IO configuration:

-PS2 Y-CABLE (auto or enable)

Promontory USB:
-PT USB REDRIVER (auto,enable,disable)
-PT USB EQUALIZATION (auto,enable,disable)
-PT XHCI GEN1 (enable,disable,auto)
-PT XHCI GEN2(enable, disable, auto)

-XHCI Controller-Enable

And the CSM options
-Lauch PXE opRom Policy (legacy or uefi)
-Launch Storage opRom Policy (legacy or uefi)
-Launch Video 0pRom Policy (Legacy or Uefi)

So do i need to modify my bios with the tool AMIBCP? in order to unlock the features? Please don't ignored =/

IS like my motherboard is CURSED! everything is recognized as 3.0 usb

When trouble Shooting XBOX controllers, or Mice or keyboard, if i connect in the port 2.0 or the Light-blue port which is type-C is also recognized as 3.0 usb o.O

Windows detects all my two usb port 2.0 as 3.0, even the type C

My motherboard is cursed :(

Check under CSM options in the "Boot" section of your UEFI for legacy modes.

Yup that what i said:

-Lauch PXE opRom Policy (legacy or uefi)

-Launch Video 0pRom Policy (Legacy or Uefi)

I tried already UEFI or LEGACY and is the same.

I really dont understand how ASROCK pretends to increase SALES, when the support seems not to work? like they really don't care about supporting clients that bought their products. This is unacceptable
