" rel="nofollow - i updated my drivers. i uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers. usb to flash drive is still going at usb 2 speeds. what gives?

I'm using an ab350m motherboard.

i updated the bios, still no luck.

i did notice that transferring from USB drive to HD the transfer rate was 35MB/s which while not awesome is way better than what i'm getting going from HD to USB
