Hi, I have a problem with the amd raid, how i mounted the motherboard with all the updated bios versions with the amd raid that the computer packs up, with signs of blue screen instability, for example when I insert a hot hot-swappable hard disk not read me ... and when I shut down the system puts too much time off I installed the latest V9.00.00.88 drivers and the AMD RAIDXpert2 software ver: 9.0.0.88 and the bios latest version 1.70 and Win10, while if i turn off the raid and use the ahs mode it works perfectly the pc has no problem
waiting for the answer.
Yours sincerely.

Dear s8441004,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

About your question, there are some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please make sure the RAID mode is selected to enabled.

2. Please check if system is installed all drivers properly.

3. Please only install one stick memory on A2/B2/C2/D2 slot for checking.
If possible, please try another memory with the same step.

4. Please do not connect unnecessary devices such as USB devices, ODD, and so on.
Only install CPU, memory, VGA, and RAID volume.
Make sure system could boot into OS with the most simplest configuration, and check if the system would still get BSOD.
If not, please install other devices back to the system one by one to check which devices cause the problem.

5. If possible, please re-install OS on another RAID volume for double checking.

After above verification, if the symptom still exists, please provide following information for us.
1. What is the SSD for creating RAID? (2 x samsung 960 pro)
2. What type of RAID you created? (RAID0, RAID1....)
3. What is the OS version. Type "about your PC" in search bar to check the detail version.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD

s8441004, I am not understanding what your problem is.  Perhaps your first language is not English and I speak/read only English.  Could you get a friend to help you or try inputting your text in your language into a translator (I use Google:  https://translate.google.com/" rel="nofollow - https://translate.google.com/ ).  You can also input your native language here along with English and we can play with the translation or ask a friend.
Do you think you have a RAID problem only, or a basic system problem.  For RAID please be sure to follow the instructions in the Raid Installation Guide: http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/X399%20Taichi/index.asp#Manual" rel="nofollow - http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/X399%20Taichi/index.asp#Manual
There are a number of posts here about RAID problems on X399 boards.  Please take a look.  Enjoy, John.
