" rel="nofollow - Greetings,

I am currently running the aforementioned motherboard with an A10-9700E. Current allotted video memory is 512MB, I would like to increase it to the 2GB maximum supported, but I cant figure out how. I have searched the BIOS to no eval. I cant figure out for the life of me how to increase the size. Anyone know??

Hi there.
Actually it depends on how much RAM you installed. If you only installed 2 or 4GB RAM,system will only take 512MB as VRAM.The amount of VRAM will raise exponentially if you jack up RAM.For instance,if you worked on FUll HD 1920x1080 display, thus you need at least 1GB VRAM so you have to installed at least 8GB of RAM.
7th gen APU Bristol Ridge doesn't support Dual Graphics GPU or Hybrid Crossfire,so they "change" a bit to "dynamic" VRAM not "static" as previous gen.

" rel="nofollow - I have 8 gigs installed using a 1080p monitor. It only shows 512mb assinged video memory.

Are you saying it dynamically ramps up as more is needed?

TBH i haven't tried my AB350 Fatality with any APU,i only tested A320M with A6-9500 and it shows only 512MB when i hooked up it with only single 4GB RAM.After i bump RAM to 8 GB dual channel and upgrade everything to newest update (Windows 10 64 bit from previous 32 bit,and newest Crimson driver)i see video memory increased to 1GB.
Try updating all to newest, including your BIOS,OS and Crimson driver, see if its could do any help.

I contacted support who provided a bios update, 3.10B. It put an option in the bios to change video memory, but no matter what I set the value to, it stays on 512mb. There may be some type of hardwsre problem here.
