Subject: ASRock X370 SLI Work only memory 2133mhz ?
Date Posted: 19 Nov 2017 at 9:35pm
" rel="nofollow - Hi
I have one PC Ryzen 7 1700, ASRock X370 SLI and 16GB of Memory Corsair Vegeance 2666mhz (CMK16GC4M1A2666C16) but always my pc recognizes only 2133mhz... I am use bios 3.4 of web site ASRock.
how can I let the memories work at 2666mhz ? I tried memory overclocking (memories are native 2666mhz - ) so I tried overclocking at 2666mhz and even then they always come back to 2133mhz
I think it's a bios problem ...
How can i solve this problem ?
Thanks a Lot, for your help
Best Regards

follow instructions AND USE *ALL* THE SETTINGS THEY MUST WORK TOGETHER.....
also make sure option 'amd advanced boot training' is set to auto

JulianoCWB, please post your system specifications in your signature as I have. datonyb is the memory expert here among other skills, so good for your memory problems. I am concerned about your power supply capacity. In particular, list your video cards - they require lots of power. It is probably the "advanced boot training" that is reducing your timings, but a weak power supply may require it to boot. Enjoy, John.

" rel="nofollow - JulianoCWB, I will sound like I am redundant, but can you borrow a little beefier PSU, say 800 W? Enjoy, John.
