Well they work like a charm ;). Firstly I've updated to latest BIOS version (3.40), rebooted, loaded XMP profile and... no problems at all > 3200 @ 14-14-14-14-34 rock solid. So, in my opinion, what it matters: good RAM chips and the quality of the fabric. There is nothing to do with the CPU.

RAM info: F4-3200C14D-16GFX, D4, 3200 MHz, 16GB, C14 GSkill FlareX K2

BTW: I have 2 screenshots but i cannot attach them to my post ;(
