I was able to get into the UEFI exactly 4 times, and now it can't be done again.  Those times were: The very first startup, and the first 3 times I jumped the CMOS.  Jumping the CMOS does not work now.  Removing the battery did not fix it.

Pressing del after the monitor turns on but before it displays anything results in the monitor turning off until restarted.  Trying to boot into UEFI with the tool in Windows results in the same problem.  Jumping the CMOS results in exactly one failed post that then goes back to the previous behavior.  I turned fast boot off in Windows and the UEFI the last time I was able to get into it, that didn't fix it.

I wasn't able to initially find the previous thread with this problem, and by the time I had jumping the CMOS didn't work and the guy's solution requires actually getting into the UEFI to change a setting that will then allow you to get into it normally in the future.  As such his solution is completely worthless to me.

It seems that messing with the OCTweaker page automatically turns on Boot Auto Tune which in turn disables entry to UEFI from Windows 10 (also the Asrock UEFI util).  If you have Fastboot turned on, then this also locks out F2 or Del to enter the BIOS.  Use the Clear CMOS jumper on the motherboard to force the BIOS to come up.

Solved mine on AB350 Pro4. Ver 3.30

1.First, installed Win10 again as UEFI GTP partition.

2.Disabled CSM at bios.

3.Set HD UEFI bios to Auto.

4.Changed the DP cable.

Now no problem at all, after all first three settings, problem solved but not consistent. But after the cable change, it is solved. But without first three you can not get to bios screen. Strange.
