Then suddenly stop. Try to reinstall driver and software but nothing working.
This is the msg showing in device manager.

Is there any other way can repair it by myself if it is hardware problem or if it is software please tell me what to do.

Dear LordPlayboy,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

According to your Bluetooth question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please enter the BIOS setup and then press [F9] to load BIOS default setting.

2. Please un-install the Bluetooth driver from Control Panel.
After that, please enter to the device manager to check if you can see the Bluetooth device.
If not, try to right click the "Desktop-xxxxx" at the top of the Device Manager to Scan for Hardware change. Check whether it can work with Win10 inbox driver.

3. After uninstalling the Bluetooth driver, please install Intel Bluetooth driver ver:19.60.0.3 from our driver support page to verify:
http://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/X399%20Taichi/index.asp#Download" rel="nofollow - https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/X399%20Taichi/index.asp#Download

4. If possible, please reinstall the OS to verify.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD

Hello! I recently have had the same issue.

My bluetooth stopped working over night last weekend, and I have spent about a week trying to troubleshoot/reading through forums to fix the issue.

Computer stats:

  • ASRock X399 Taichi
  • OS - Microsoft Windows 10 Home (64-bit)
  • For Intel Bluetooth for WIndows 10:
    • Driver Version - 20.90.1.1
    • Driver Date 1-/8/2018
    • Device ID: USB\VID_8087&PID_0AA7&REV_0001

Here's the error that I get:

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE

After running the troubleshooter, I still have:

Check Bluetooth radio status - Not Fixed

Here's what all I have done:

  1. Device Manager -> right click -> uninstall device and delete all software for the device.
  2. Check for Microsoft updates, run the troubleshooter,
  3. Go Directly to Intel website to check the

i have the same problem with bluetooth on x399 taichi gaming pro. also i found my aquantia ethernet not working also.
even worse, i have to disable bluetooth for now, because it will cause boot failure sometimes.

You may try this if you have the following symptoms:
1. BT does not work
2. Device manager keeps refreshing

It seems the radio was stuck in a Bluetooth LE scan mode, even after reboot/reinstall/disable/enable.

Solution:
1. turning the bluetooth radio off in the UEFI
2. booting into OS
3. shutting down
4. enabling the radio again in the UEFI
5. booting into OS and BT should work again

This does help, however this happens very often, few times a week now. Is there a permanent fix?

what Wi-Fi card you use?

I use Mediatek MT7922 and the bluetooth IMO does not work in windows 11 up to this date. Tried a couple months ago bare metal and recently passingthrough to VM. I used the most recent drivers from MS catalogue. Some people claim Asus drivers worked for them, but i dont have time for this. Actually the binary drivers are the same for windows and linux, so its obv MS fault.

i couldent be more happy i purchased MT7922 because in linux it works flawless and I can make Access Point (not possible with AX210). Got it used at craigslist dirt cheap. Cant wait to try wifi 7 MT7925/MT7927 and putting the MT7922 in a laptop in place of 9560 card

ok, so i exchanged the intel 9560 wifi card for mediatek mt7922 in a Dell 7400 2in1 laptop.

in windows it does not work. You have to connect internet to download drivers. I tried.. dell drivers this time - the wifi card was not recognized. I gave up. Windows bare metal without internet will be even better.

it works out of the box in linux. the traansfer speeds are faster, the signal is better but what is most suprising - the battery life is better. I thought it was to be opposite, because 9560 is cnvio or something - its suppose to offload functions to cpu. Considering i bought this laptop refurbished with battery described as 'faulty' and now it can work 3.5h this is nice (used to be ~2.5)

It is now 2025. I've been having bluetooth issues for months or longer. I know this board is old, but my Logitech MX mouse and keyboard will stop responding. Cursor and everything blinks and system is not locked up. But I left device manager open and Logitech software to see what has been happening. It would show both my mouse and keyboard disconnecting and reconnecting over and over again. Tried different bluetooth drivers including the old one on ASRock support. No change and still have issues.

Sometimes if I wait 30min or more, bluetooh responds again. Other times I have to hard power down system and restart to get KB/MS control back. In the BIOS i have it not on Auto but ON for bluetooth. Still have issue.

I'm building new PC but not with ASRock. Issue also occurs with WiFi. Disconnect and reconnect again. I try Logitech USB WiFi adapter for the KB/MS, and it says reconnecting all the time. If anyone finds a solution, let everyone know. But this PC and ASRock is being dismantled and thrown in trash.
