" rel="nofollow - I have an Intel 750 PCI-E Nvme ssd and 10 hdds.

Do PCIE5 slot support NVMe SSD as boot disks?

If I use PCIE5, would it eat into CPU pci-e lane, making the GPU run at x8 speed instead of x16? If it connect to the mainboard then would any SATA port be disabled? Can i use all 10 SATA ports on the taichi and my intel 750 PCI-E SSD without any problem?

Hmm, that's a tough one.

Mobo manual contains part of the answers, but not all.

I think you'll definitely need the ASRock Official guys on this one. Or someone who has already done that.

x370 Taichi, AMD R9 NANO GPU PCI-E 3 mode, SSD RD400 M.2 NVMe, SATA HDD 3tb x 6 no problem.

For Win 7 x64 need bios v2.30-2.36, not older. For Win 10 can v3.20.

ps. from Russia with love, hacker  LOL
