I see several other people have had this problem, but my H270 Pro4 must have the CMOS completely reset via battery removal whenever it is disconnected from power. This motherboard is going in a server rack, meaning that I physically cannot put it in the rack since I will have to disconnect the power, and cannot re-open the case to remove the battery, etc, in order to get it to respond again.

System is completely dead upon restoring power, no Ethernet lights, etc. until taking system apart and removing the battery (CMOS jumper is not enough).  I have already filed a technical inquiry and I just want to return the item and get an RMA but ASRock is being completely unresponsive.

Yes, I have the CMOS jumper in the right position and I have tried multiple power buttons.

(If anyone has a phone number or some way to get ASRock to respond to warranty replacement requests, please let me know...)

Have now submitted a support request three times. If Asrock truly does not honor its warranties I'm going to ensure nobody buys a product from them ever again.
