I have an ASROCK AB350M Pro4 running BIOS version 3.00

I have downloaded the 3.10 and 3.30 instant flash and windows update files. I am unable to update the bios... always says no files found.

When updating the unziped file is the only file on the USB stick.

Please advise.

Instant flash should contain only 1 file when unzipped. Mobo flasher should pick the file.

Unless, you've formatted your USB drive with a crazy file system. Try with FAT16 or FAT32.

thanatos216, please post the link you used to DL the flash file and give us the Hash codes for your file. I will check it out. Please DO NOT use the Windows flash files - do not know why they keep posting it!
