" rel="nofollow - Hi,

I would like to put an SSD in my PC.
I have a Fatal1ty P67 Professional motherboard and a samsung 850 EVO ssd.
Are those 2 compatible, and can it be used to booth from?

And if it is compatible, which slot do I need to use?:

<quote>
- 2 x SATA3 6.0 Gb/s connectors, support RAID (RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 10, RAID 5 and Intel® Rapid Storage), NCQ, AHCI and Hot Plug functions
- 4 x SATA3 6.0 Gb/s connectors by Marvell SE9120, support NCQ, AHCI and Hot Plug functions (SATA3_M4 connector is shared with eSATA3 port)
</quote>

If it does not work, is it then possible to use the:

Samsung 840 Pro Series MZ-7PD256 - Solid state drive - 256 GB - intern - 2.5'' - SATA-600

hope someone can help
