I just put together a new system with the X870E Nova mb and I cannot get the front panel headphone jack to work.

The front panel microphone jack does work but no go for the headphone jack.

The jack was working with previous motherboard.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers multiple times with no luck.

I have disabled HD audio in the bios restarded, logged into windows, restarted and enabled it again and that hasn't helped either.

Any ideas what could be causing the issue?

The Realtek Audio Console also for some reason has no options in the Advanced Settings either...

Its showing audio driver version 6.4.0.2395

UI version 1.51.341.0

I have a similar issue with the mic and reached out to customer support and they were ready to do a replacement. They didn't say anything about what the issue is, most likely a hardware issue that they don't want to be made public. In my case, headphones work, but mic doesn't.
