Dear OverSu,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

There are some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please enter the BIOS setup and then press [F9] to load BIOS default setting to verify.

2. Please check if the SSD is detected or not as below path.
*BIOS>Advanced>Storage Configuration
*BIOS>Boot>Boot priority

3. Please only install the bare bone device CPU, one stick memory and M.2 SSD to verify.

If the symptom stills persist, please install other M.2 SSD to verify.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD

Hi,

I'm also having the same issue, my M.2 isn't being detected by either the BIOS (Advanced\Storage Configuration or the Boot Order) or by the W10 Installation disc.

A320M-DGS Motherboard (P4.40)

AMD Ryzen 3 2200G CPU

250GB WD Blue SSD M.2 3D NAND

8Gb DDR4-2133 Single Scmm

I really need to get this working.
