" rel="nofollow - I am really struggling to get my mother board working, there's no way the nvme (mp500 240 gb corsair) gets read by the system, also windows doesn't show me the drive. I tried to look in the bios and using the method explained in the forum, but it doesn't work. I have updated the bios to the 4.5...Also, the pc wakes up with key pressure, even if i disabled this function in the bios and the usb ports are always on even when i shut down the pc. I can't really get out of this situation and it's beginning to be frustrating. Please help me.
Cpu: Ryzen 1300 x Ram: ballistix 1x8 gb -2400Nvme(?): mp500 240gb corsair gpu: Amd radeon hd 5700

HI there,
I have this nvme Samsung SSD 960 EVO 250GB (MZ-V6E250BW) and it is recognising it but I have loads of other issues related with boot. Also, I have the same thing with the usb while it is shutdown. I wonder if it is a bug or a feature :)

Toffus, what does not work to show the NVMe drive in UEFI/BIOS? Here is an screenshot of mine.
All my SSDs are in a RAID, so you cannot see the individual drives here, but this should direct you to where to look. Please post a more complete list of your specifications, including your power supply and Windows version and UEFI/BIOS version. I suspect the USBs are using 5 Volt standby and there may be a way to disable this but why? Please look in your Device Manager and see if you have any yellow ! Enjoy, John.
EDIT: vazma, please open a new thread.

There is no clue why the nvme isn't showing up, i can't understand why.. Guess i'll have to buy a nvme to pcie adapter to check if it's the drive to be faulty. Since there are no Yellow ! In my BIOS page..
By the way i am using a thermaltake 730 w, win 10 and the BIOS is 4.50 version.

Toffus, can you post the same screenshot as I have. Navigate to the BIOS/UEFI page and push F12 with a FAT formatted USB stick plugged. Thanks and enjoy, John.

Thanks, Toffus. At this point you need to talk to ASRock and/or test your SSD in another system or a known working SSD in your system. Good lock and enjoy, John.
