if u suspect ram, u can run memtest
otherwise freezes means hardware instability
can be voltage drops
can be ram errors
can be bad cpu

try to run ram at 2133 with default tiimings
cpu set to fixed clock speed
disable c states and cpb (core performance boost)
disable low idle power supply current  (its in cbs settings)
and disable cool n quiet

open hwinfo/aida64
and look at voltages if they dont spike in idle/stress test

I have the same memories @ 3200 1.4, soc 44, ab350 gaming k4, bios 4.73A and 2400g stock, now with this voltage of the ram is more stable, I have a freeze in the system from time to time, but I think it is the version of windows 10 1803

Did you try active cooling for chipset?
I have no freezes, but I use FreeBSD, replace thermal pads on VRM and replace chipset radiator
