Hello, I have a problem with the Asrock B650M PG Riptide board, does not start with two or four RAM modules.
Board: Asrock B650M PG Riptide
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D
RAM: 4x 32GB Adata 32GBAD5U560032G-DT
The components used are listed in the compatibility list.
Power supply: be quiet! Pure Power 12 M (750 W)
ATX power connector 24-pin ATXPWR1 and 8-pin ATX12V1 are connected.
Graphics onboard.

The system only boots when a ram module is installed in slot B2.
I have tried all memory modules in turn and tested them successfully.
As soon as I add more memory modules in slot A2, the screen remains black.
The Post Status Checker shows errors for DRAM and CPU.
I have tested the following Bios versions: 1.21, 3.06 and 3.08, always the same error.

This is a new system and has never run before, and the bios has been reset several times.

Try a single stick of RAM in slot A2. If that does not POST (boot) then RMA that
CPU, it likely has a dead memory channel. The memory controller is on the CPU in
modern systems, that controller has 2 memory channels, 1 for the A slots and 1 for
the B slots. In any situation where RAM does not work in A or B channel but works
in the other channel, the IMC (integrated memory controller) on the CPU is likely
damaged/marginal/dead.

Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Hello!

First of all, please do not use RAM DIMMs that are from different kits!

Secondly, turn off your PC, insert 2 DIMMs that are from the same kit (if they are individual modules, there's no guarantee that they'll work together) in slots A2 + B2, then reset the CMOS, then try to boot with the default JEDEC memory profile!

Please let me know if it worked!
