" rel="nofollow - Khoa01, W7 does not have drivers for USB mouse/keyboard.  I am curious why you are not installing W10?  Enjoy, John.

" rel="nofollow - Find a PS/2 keyboard to use for your installation, if at all possible.  Are your keyboard and mouse connected to the USB 2.0 ports?  Or USB 3.0 ports?  If USB 3.0 ports, try the USB 2.0 ports.

" rel="nofollow - Is there anybody you could borrow one from?  After Windows 7 is installed, it will recognize USB keyboard and mouse.

if u get legal licence, then u shoukldnt worry.
but never buy cheap oem keys...they are 99.9% illegal :)
as that licence is tied to hardware which has to be on same billing as your pc parts
just run quick look on microsoft oem terms, and its tied to motherboard
both oem versions (cheap OEM - preinstalled or OEM system builder which costs more)
