I am trouble with brand new computer now. I cant install win 10 on SSD NVME ADATA SX8000 128GB , seems PC doesnt see the SSD . I am using mainboard asrock z370 pro4 .
At STORAGE CONFIGURATION :
SATA MODE SELECTION i choose : AHCI but
M2_1 : not detected M2_2 : not detected .
Boot menu : i changed to UEFI all the subs .

I tried many times plug and unplug SSD NVME but still cant . I have no idea that where the problem come from ?
Please help to solve out this . Many thanks

I did try step by step but still unable to install , seems PC doesnt regconize my SSD , system doesnt show my SSD in the installation step .

Ram corsair 8GB
Cpu i3-8100
Ssd nvme adata sx8000 128GB
Psu andyson gold plus 550W

I am using these to install win10 . Only 01 SSD

Looks like your M.2 Drive is not supported

Please cease posting from the QVL's on the site.

They do not test every one ever made. The contents of the QVL's, with the exception of Processors, is a listing of what they had on hand in-shop at the time we found worked ONLY in while the MB is in  pre-release.

An M2 drive is an M2 drive. There is absolutely NO reason for incompatibility anymore.
