Two things come immediately to mind here. Have you plugged in at least one 8-Pin CPU Power in at the top middle of the MB? The other is, have you supplied the correct 8-pin(?) power to the 1080 GPU? |

X79 and X99 Memory Stick/Slot Usage Also. This type of memory slot is sometimes problematic getting the stick(s) properly and fully seated.  |
