BIOS P2.20 original
Intel uP i7-7700K LGA1151
RAM 2x8 DDR4 3000 MHz Corsair Vengeance LPX
Onboard VGA
ODD 2x Lite-On DVD, DVD-RW
HDD WD10PURZ
OS   Windows 7-64
SSD NVMe SSD 960 EVO M.2

MoBo System Browser shows SSD in M.2_1 slot. Windows 7-64 installed to
HDD from DVD using PS2 keyb. Windows install did not recognize SSD as
option to target installation of OS. All OS upgrades installed. All
ASROCK drivers from website installed. RAM, USB, LAN, three display
ports, ODD, Realtek analog sound all OK. Unable to test PCI graphics
slots. Device Manager shows "Other Device\PCI Device" has no driver.
Computer Management does not show SSD.

Also BIOS_1 LED is on red, stays on after power down.

Thank you for choosing ASRock.

 

Regarding your case, because Windows 7 doesn?™t have built-in PCIe NVMe SSD driver, the system OS cannot recognize the SSD.

Please install the Samsung NVMe driver or install Windows 10 to try.
