" rel="nofollow - I just installed the z370 extreme4 and I have no sounds at all from front or rear audio, as well as no Realtek hd audio manager installed. I have removed and reinstalled the drivers multiple times. I went into the bios and selected enabled instead of auto. When I try to test the Realtek hd output I get device in use. I have no sound in any game or start up sounds. I?™ve tried using different headphones on both front and back jacks. Any advice?

Dear MrTibbs,

Thank you for choosing ASRock.

Regarding your case, we provide some suggestion.

1.       Please make sure your system is not muted.

Click on the Speaker icon in the lower-left corner of the screen to check system is not muted.

2.       Inspect the speaker or headphone connection to the computer.

3.       Please make sure your speakers are connected to the rear panel?™s green port or front panel's audio connector.

You can check with user manual p.10 to find the rear panel?™s green port.

5.       Please check you are selecting the correct speakers.

Right-click on the Speaker icon in the lower-left corner of the screen, then select "Playback devices".

Select the speakers you want to use in the Playback tab.

Click the ?œSet Default??button.

Thank you!

Yours truly,

ASRock TSD
