Dear CoffeeMachine,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

If you'd like to turn off the mouse LED, you have to enable the deep sleep function in order to cut off the USB standby power under S4/S5 state.

About the system shutdown problem, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please load BIOS default setting via [F9] key and then only enable the Deep Sleep function to verify.

2. Please make sure all of the drivers are installed properly and enter to the Device Manager checking if there is any unknown device.

3. Please follow the steps below to adjust the system shutdown behavior:
Step 1. In Control Panel, please enter the Power Options.
Step 2. Click "Choose what the power buttons do".
Step 3 .UNCHECK "Turn on fast startup (recommended)" box.
Step 4. Click Save Settings.

4. Please only install the bare bone device; CPU, one memory, VGA card and system disk to check if system is able to shutdown properly.

5. If possible, please re-install the OS or change other system disks with clean OS installed to verify.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD
