" rel="nofollow - Hello!
I accidently downgraded my bios with too old version, and now i cant use it, cos my motherboard dont recognize my cpu. Is it possible that my mb had bricked, because i couldnt make a normal restart after bios update? Or i just need to put in an old cpu and everything gonna be alright?

" rel="nofollow - Do you know what version you downgraded to? Did it say that it had completed successfully? If so it should be fine if you put a supported processor in. Then you'll be able to update it again.
EDIT: That reminds me to delete the old BIOS versions from my USB stick!

That's good news. You have an excellent chance of it being fine. You just have to go through the not inconsiderable nuisance of updating it again, swapping processors and wiping off thermal compound. But at least it almost certainly isn't a brick.
EDIT: I have to be cautious and not offer any guarantees because even if you do it "properly" there's always a slight risk that flashing the BIOS will fail. The signs are good though.

*if*
you can get it to boot with a first generation ryzen
i suggest flashing to a dos version of early bios first
and only then flash the bridge and the 2000 series bios after using the bios flasher
it seems the flashing to early bios leaves traces of later bios unless you do the full on erase and re write dos method
