Currently have a stable overclock that I have used through various BIOS revisions, but now on X370 Taichi with 4.4 seeing strange behavior.

I have a 1700 @ 3.75 using p-state overclock with offset voltage to ~1.35. I may reduce voltage once I determine stable over long period of time.

Using 3600 memory @ 3200 @1.4 volts. The 1.4 volts seemed to be the key to getting the machine to come out of sleep in previous and current BIOS. After the last BIOS upgrade from 3.2 to 4.4 (with the required intermediate bios in between), I find my bus clock drops to 80 after waking from sleep. The voltages and multipliers are as expected. It even clocks down under light load properly, but again, only using 80mhz bus. I set the overclock setting to manual just to expose the bus speed as set to 100 in BIOS, thinking that taking it off AUTO would help.

I checked my power plans and tried HP and Ryzen, max processor state is 100%.

Tried shutting of Cool and Quiet in case that was underclocking the bus speed but had no effect.

The amount of time it is asleep makes no difference. I can put it to sleep and take it right back out and its at 80mhz bus.

I can post more specifics, but this seemed to be a tied to the change in BIOS more than the change in settings since I have used the same settings since 3.0, I only changed BIOS in hopes of getting more memory speed. I have no compelling reason to stay at 4.4, but rather not have to go back if not absolutely necessary to fix this.

I saw they had an new BIOS out, 4.6, which is quite soon after 4.4 so I did not think to look at first. Updating to 4.6 fixed the bus speed issue in case anyone else see's this issue.

Thanks for reporting that back here.
