AMD are supposedly working on it. Until they find a solution and roll it out to motherboard vendors, then ASRock can't really do anything. Priority will obviously be EPYC and other server type hardware, before consumers. I suppose the good news is that Ryzen isn't all that susceptible to Spectre. There have also been now real world examples of the exploit, because it's really hard to do.
