I tried to update bios from 1.4 to 1.6. After update win10 was not found from Samsung 960 evo ssd m.2. Installed 1.30 and all is fine again.

1. Please get into BIOS to check if the Samsung 960 EVO can be detected at BIOS P1.60.

2. Please check the Windows boot manager is at first boot option priority.
