Hi,

I'm currently facing the problem that the USB ports are not powered off if the computer is shutdown. So the mouse light will still light up even if the computer is turned off.

I'm using Windows 7 (64-Bit) and BIOS v2.20 (==> https://www.pic-upload.de/view-34972421/IMG_20180310_102905.jpg.html" rel="nofollow - Picture )

I did the following until now:

1) Setting "Deep Sleep" in UEFI to "S4-S5" (and also "S5) ==> https://www.pic-upload.de/view-34972420/IMG_20180310_102838.jpg.html" rel="nofollow - Picture

2) Reviewed that all "ACPI Configuration" (like "USB Mouse Power") are "disabled" ==> https://www.pic-upload.de/view-34972419/IMG_20180310_102852.jpg.html" rel="nofollow - Picture

Can anyone please help me?
