If you want to continue using your non-Z motherboard to overclock you will have to revert to an older BIOS. ASRock only released the latest BIOS for compatibility issues with windows 10 and overclocking on non_Z systems. Basically Microsoft and Intel decided to make the feature (overclocking on non-Z boards) incompatible with windows 10. This is not a fault on the part of ASRock though it would be nice if they put up a little note on the BIOS stating it disables overclocking.

Intel claims they never intended B, H and Q series motherboards to overclock, not surprisingly they must have petitioned Microsoft to make an update that prevents it on windows 10. Just one of the many reasons I will not be upgrading to windows 10 any time soon.
