I cant get to post with two sticks of RAM. Only one. I looked this up and it is extremely common and it doesn't look like it is getting resolved. It appears the QVL is not accurate and nobody really knows what works.
This is my first ASRock product and this looks extremely bad. I have a few days left before I return it and I would like to give this another shot but a day of research has not really yielded a path forward.
I would appreciate any information on known working 64GB kits for the X870E Taichi.
Thank you in advance.

You're using A2 and B2 slots, right?
[CPU]-[A1][*A2*][B1][*B2*]

Yes. B2 works solo but adding the second module into A2 guarantees a AA-21 post code.

A and B channels are independent.
Does it work with one stick on A2? If it doesn't, that would indicate a problem with A channel. It could be a number of things, like bad contact on one or more pins related to memory A channel. Remember, the memory controllers are inside the CPU and certain pads on the CPU are connected directly to the DIMM slots.
If it works, wow, that's weird. Firmware issue?
One thing I always found crazy is people touching the bottom of the CPU where the pads are. Extremely high frequency signals need to go through a lot of these pads, so any kind of bad contact can cause all kinds of issues (PCIe, DDR, etc.).
But of course, there could be a defect somewhere, too, in the CPU or on the motherboard, etc.
Have you tried re-seating the CPU?

Same only on the Nova with 9800x3d.
Got 1 stick to work in every channel, but never 2. I tried 2 kits, Gskill and Kingston. Going to try Corsair, if that doesn't work the mobo goes back to the store.

Same exact issue with X870e TAICHI and 9800X3D. Going to try new ram and if that doesn?™t work I will return the motherboard.
Odd thing is that about 5% of the time it will post with two sticks. Other 95% it will flash AA 21. Always works with one stick. Reseated CPU & GPU. Individual ram works in A2 and B2 interchangeably. Only issue is when both are installed.

I've got a Taichi Lite that will post just fine with A2B2 populated, but when I add another pair of the exact same ram to the A1B1, its sits on code 15 for about 5 minutes, then eventually goes to 3E.

This is normal for AM5 to my knowledge. It is designed as 2 channel. Very few instances I have heard of 4 slots operating effectively. Others may know more.

Make sure both sticks are identical down to the VERsion number. otherwise you will have this issue.

I use G.Skill trident Z5 neo DDR5-6000 32GBx2 kit( F5-6000J3040G32GX2-TZ5N ) and it works just fine. Takes about 30 sek to train memory first time (feels more like 5 min) and then with memory context restore active it boots right up. 9950x on an ASRock X870E Taichi

I have a similar problem, A1 and B1 slots work flawlessly, expo included.
However, the recommended by the motherboard slots A2 and B2 do not work, I tried single slot and loosened the cooler mounting pressure but nothing. I get the code EC after 15, I also tried 2 different motherboards with the same result, x870 Steel legend and Nova X870E, The cpu is the 9800X3D. I also tried 2 different ram kits, Gskill flaire x5 6000hz cl30 and corsair vengeance 6000hz cl30, with the same result.
