I have been working on getting my pc build working. When I turn it on it give the Dr. Debug error codes C5, d0, C0 in that order. It then restarts after a period of time. It doesn't make it as far as the boot screen.

Fatal1ty x399 professional gaming
Ryzen Threadripper 1920X
ARCTIC Freezer 33 TR
Silicon Power 120GB SSD 3D NAND
WD Blue 1TB SATA 6 Gb/s Desktop Hard Drive (WD10EZEX)
GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1050 
GeIL EVO POTENZA 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000 (PC4 24000) Desktop Memory Model 
CORSAIR TX Series TX650M 650W 80+ Gold Modular Power Supply

c0/c5 are ninitialisation codes (not error codes)
d0 - CPU initialization error

re-seat the CPU, check for bent pins.
