After update my window 10 to latest version, the audio driver cannot detect any audio jack plug in.

Please let me know how to solve this?

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

According to your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please enter BIOS setup and load BIOS default via [F9] key to verify.

2. Under OS, please uninstall the Realtek driver under Control Panel>Program.

After that, please re-install the Realtek driver to verify:
