The onboard LAN on Z370 Pro4, Z370 Fatal1ty,  Z370 Taichi is an Intel I219V Gigabit lan controller.
Intel has drivers for it for Server 2012 on their website:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/82186/Intel-Ethernet-Connection-I219-V" rel="nofollow - https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/82186/Intel-Ethernet-Connection-I219-V
Click Filter By and choose Driver, Click Operating System and look down for Windows Server 2012

There is no Server 2012 driver for Intel I211 gigabit lan found on Z370 Taichi as the Second Gigabit Lan that I could find

edit cause i am duh me ;p

Under Device Manager > Network Adapters what does it show ?
If you have anything listed there, right click on it and check Properties.
after-thought: Are you sure it is enabled in the BIOS ?
